Title: Recruiting Assistant
Reports To: Management Recruiter
Responsibilities:
Create and post online and newspaper recruitment ads
Maintain and audit new hire paperwork
Process and provide follow-up on background checks and drug screens
Administrator of Applicant Tracking System (ATS), background vendors, and various job boards
Assist district managers, hiring managers, and recruiters as needed
Communicate with hiring managers, district managers, and recruiters through email, voice mail, and telephone
Place uniform and business card orders as needed
Provide training assistance for store managers and corporate hiring managers
Maintain corporate reports using Word, Excel, and Access
Provide feedback and recommendations for recruiting department
Ship recruiting and new store supplies as requested
