Job Summary:
Under the guidance and leadership of the SVP & Chief Diversity Officer, the Diversity Program Manager will deliver “One Red Cross" diversity leadership from the National Headquarters to the field and external partners by assisting in the development of diversity initiatives, and by leading initiative implementation throughout Operational Division(s).
