** In anticipation of the successful close of a pending acquisition, Arkema is seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager **
Manage all aspects of the human resources function for a manufacturing facility. Develops and maintains human resources strategies/procedures/programs linked to business and plant manufacturing strategies in accordance with corporate guidelines. Provides support to Plant leadership team through coaching, development.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:
Proactively assess, monitor and address employee issues and concerns.
Maintains documentation and statistical information.
Conducts exit interviews and prepares separation notices.
Plant subject matter resource for People Systems policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Maintains positive employee relations environment to ensure satisfied and highly productive employees.
Assists with investigations; any violations of EEO Laws and represents the company accordingly.
LABOR RELATIONS:
Directs and facilitates employment activities regarding disciplinary action, promotions, etc.
ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
Collaborates with Coach for Site to deliver the following capabilities and programs:
Build team capabilities, effectiveness and manage the team's resources appropriately.
Assist teams with Employee Development Process including but not limited to setting personal goals, measuring their results and assessing their performance, identifying training requirements and individual development plans.
Develop, implement, coordinate, and maintain the plant training program to ensure compliance is achieved for all training policies and requirements.
Manages the training audit / assessment programs, conducts training surveys, and communicates results to employees.
